El año pasado ya leí algún otro libro de esta autora y la verdad es que me gustó mucho, así que este año me he animado con otro. La sinopsis parecía lo suficientemente interesante así que me lancé. Y tampoco me ha defraudado.

Las historias de un primer amor que se torció pero nunca se ha superado tienen algo especial. En este caso, Sorene y Ash se separaron porque al morir la madre de ella, tuvo que ocuparse de la crianza de sus numerosos hermanos menores, y llevó la tarea hasta tal extremo que dejó su vida al margen, y con ella a Ash. Un malentendido y una pelea hicieron el resto, y años después, se reencuentran porque sus padres, amigos íntimos, urden un plan para que Ash vuelva, tengan que trabajar juntos y, con suerte, la chispa vuelva a prender. 

Me han gustado mucho los tejemanejes de los padres, las bellas descripciones del paisaje de Alaska, y sobre todo la química entre los protagonistas. Es una historia deliciosa, muy amena y bien contada, y que se disfruta de principio a fin. Una vez más, si leéis en inglés, os animo a darle una oportunidad.
